"A NEW BEGINNING"

This is the history of an incredible girl, she is my friend and her name is Aline.

About 2 years ago, Aline was a really healthy girl, she exercised every day and tried to eat healthily and five times at day. Every day after school, she was going to run for about an hour.

But one day she suffered an accident that seriously affected her sight, after that she couldn't continue exercising, because she had to protect her sight from sunlight and couldn't make afforts. At first she felt very discouraged and deppresed,so she stopped taking care of her diet and soon she started to gain weight. Some os her relatives began to notice her change and began to make her notice with offensive comments and even with nicknames, and Aline felt bad with herself.

After a while she decided to try acupuncture, with which she felt a great change and also it made her feel very relaxed, then her doctor gave her a plan of feeding with which her weight began to decrease. In the end she is only 2 kilos overweight and she has begun to exercise again, and I feel really proud of her.
